Refund Policy

Electronic Software Downloads

If you have a VisTrails ID, you can select downloadable software products for purchase on the VisTrails website. At the time of checkout, Chase Paymentech will obtain an authorization from the credit card you have provided. Once Chase Paymentech receives the credit card authorization, VisTrails will email you a link so you can begin downloading your software. If you are not satisfied with your VisTrails purchase, please contact us at sales@vistrails.com for return and refund information.
